Use of the Service
TradesBill provides field invoicing tools for trades businesses, including voice invoice creation, customer signature capture, invoice delivery, offline sync, tenant branding, and reporting.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your admin account, mobile builds, tenant API keys, and user devices. You must promptly revoke access for users who should no longer use the service.
Customer and Invoice Data
You are responsible for ensuring that customer data, invoice details, service addresses, tax settings, and payment terms entered into TradesBill are accurate and lawful for your business.
Taxes
TradesBill can store default tax settings, but it does not provide tax advice. Trades businesses are responsible for determining whether labour, parts, materials, fees, and services are taxable in their jurisdiction.
Payments
If payment links are enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. Processor fees, chargebacks, refunds, failed payments, and settlement timing are governed by the applicable provider terms and your customer agreements.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with API operation, upload malicious content, or use TradesBill to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
Availability
TradesBill is designed to support offline mobile invoicing, but cloud features such as voice parsing, sync, email delivery, admin access, and payment links require backend availability and internet connectivity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TradesBill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service.
